The Sta-Dri Water Cell is a bag constructed of a sturdy rip stop nylon and is filled with a water specific superabsorbent polymer, especially formulated to absorb water from gasoline, diesel, heating oil and kerosene. Each water cell is encased in a protective plastic tube. The water cell is lowered into fuel tanks by a retrieval cord supplied with each unit. The retrieval cord is then attached on or around the fuel cap so the water cell can be easily removed when it is filled to capacity. The water cell absorbs the water that collects on the bottom of fuel tanks, saving the user down time and money by preventing water related problems. Sta-Dri Absorbent is non-toxic and disposable.
