The tires in these series (D401, D402 and K591) feature new serrated sidewalls that help set them apart visually and have Dunlop® and Harley-Davidson® names imprinted in raised black letters. This will be a running change with stock. Current stock is approved and fitted by Harley-Davidson®. The long mileage, metric-marked Elite for replacement on a wide variety of touring and sport touring models incorporates the same proven technology and construction as found in the K491 Elite G/T. While D401 tires are fitments for 91-07 models, Harley-Davidson® engineers have also approved them for retrofitment back through 1988 models.

• An advanced tread pattern and specifically formulated compound deliver outstanding grip in wet or dry weather and provide long tire life
• All D401 tires use bias or bias-belted construction and incorporate a computer optimized tread profile to reduce cupping for even wear.
