This pack has a generous 1300 cubic inches of carrying capacity (18 H x 10 W) with a large, panel-load main compartment and a smaller compartment for a shovel blade. Includes mountaineering-style removable/adjustable shovel handle holder (works with all shovels), with room inside the bag for your avalanche probe. Boasts a quick-release ultra-fit shoulder strap system, for freedom of movement and all-day comfort, plus a dual-pull sternum strap which includes a built-in whistle. Features daisy chains and D-rings, ripstop ballistic nylon construction with double bottom for strength, two large compression straps to secure your load, full reflective stretch-cord front, #8 and #10 YKK® zippers, and beefy Duraflex® and ITW Nexus™ hardware.
