Camoplast Track Warranty - Camoplast guarantees our tracks for one (1) year from date of original retail purchase, against defect in raw material and/or workmanship, under normal conditions of use and maintenance. All Racing tracks are engineered for competition purposes, and as such carry no warranty. Camoplast agrees to repair or replace any warranted defective track returned prepaid to its dealer by the customer. Original proof of purchase and invoice containing evidence of dealer installation must be included. This warranty is applicable to track replacement only and contains the following exclusions: - Any part damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or abnormal usage, including racing. - Improper installation. - Modified or altered track ie. installation of any traction devices or studs by drilling holes through the track. - Damage to other parts caused by the defective track. - Labor charges. - All other expenses including transportation, lodging, towing, etc. - Camoplast will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the use of their tracks.
