M-7 EXHAUST FOR KAWASAKI
Less weight, more power everywhere and a removable USFS forestry approved spark arrestor. What else could you ask for? Slip-on system comes with stainless steel slip tube and brushed aluminum canister. The M-7 slip-on exhaust system adds more HP, and pulls stronger all the way through the powerband. The stainless/aluminum system even comes with a removable, factory installed U.S. Forestry Service approved spark arrestor screen. POLISHED & BRUSHED ALUMINUM: Aluminum is a very lightweight and strong material used extensively in the aerospace, automotive, and of course, powersport industry. Aluminum is a wise choice due to its excellent strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance and clean look. Lightweight, thin-wall .060 extruded 6061 aluminum alloy that is heat treated to a T-6 condition for increased strength, durability, hardness and finish hold is used. After the aluminum has been heat treated, it is cut to length and given either a polished or brushed satin finish. Ounce for ounce, aluminum is the best value of the M Series mufflers. As a rule the aluminum mufflers weigh about 8.3oz. more than Titanium or Carbon Fiber mufflers. V.A.L.E.™ ATTACHMENT SYSTEM: The V.A.L.E.™ system is the revolutionary and patent-pending method of attaching the muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. The V.A.L.E. system allows the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak free fit. SPARK ARRESTOR: U.S. Forestry Service approved spark arrestors are included with all M-7 V.A.L.E.™ off-road slip-on exhaust systems. These tips mute the exhaust tone slightly with absolutely no loss of horsepower. Additionally, these tips prevent the introduction of foreign matter into the exhaust system FULL SYSTEMS: These systems completely replace the existing OEM exhaust system. This not only adds horsepower but also can drop significant weight from the bike. Two Brothers builds their header systems as a complete unit. The finished system flows better at the collectors which makes more power and does not vibrate on the bike.
